Job Description
Kforce is seeking a Project Hardware Engineer. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to West Michigan. Engineer Project Details:
- Design and develop electronic control boards for certain systems
- Troubleshoot prototype controls
- Work with the testing laboratory and manufacturer to ensure the design meets quality and performance targets
- Provide frequent oral or written communication to your supervisor, subordinates, or related departments
- Establish a comprehensive knowledge of the product, processes, and test requirements and apply it to projects
- Train a technical staff
- Design electronic user interface for next generation appliances
- Resolve manufacturer issues such as component availability, second sources, and test requirements
- Troubleshoot development prototypes
- Deliver user interface to production and provide sustaining engineering support
- Must be able to work with little supervision
Project Hardware Engineer Qualifications:
- 4-20 years of experience (desired)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering is required
- Willingness to relocate
