Jawood is looking for a Technology Specialist with the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, Biostatistics or other related field is required. Master's degrees in related field(s) preferred.
5 - 10 years experience working with healthcare data. Ability to diagnose and communicate data quality issues
4 - 5 years experience writing SQL queries
Solid understanding of healthcare industry
Ability to work well in a team-focused environment is strongly required
Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas
Complex logical reasoning skills
Highly accurate and detail orientated
Track record of on-time on-budget project completion
SAS and SQL Server experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads in the research, analysis, identification and evaluation of data from assigned problems
Investigate, review, recommend, communicate and implement solutions which identify problems and root cause of issues
Independently develop and plan, reports, papers and other materials in a clear and concise manner
Provide expertise and guidance to customers as required
Other duties may be assigned
