Jawood is currently seeking a Test Lead to be responsible for coordinating and executing small to large testing efforts for new or existing applications.

DESCRIPTION:

Create formal test strategies plans, estimate test effort and manage test efforts (all test cycles).

Analyze business requirements and technical specification documents to develop test cases and scenarios.

Work with business and technical resources to analyze problems encountered in testing and determining changes required to correct problems.

Coordinate UAT

Identify and gather test data.

Log test results and defects and perform test results analysis.

Verify test results.

Report testing statuses and results to project teams and management through reports and presentations

Effectively lead test teams in order to produce quality test deliverables.

Create quality assessment metrics

EXPERIENCE:

3 -5 years experience in planning, implementing, and facilitating medium to large test projects

2 -3 years with QA metrics (root cause reports, S Curve, first time quality reports)

Preferences:

2 3 years of experience with Rational Performance Tester and Rational Clear Quest.

2 - 3 years of setting framework for test automation
