Job Description

DESCRIPTION A Network Services/Support consultant is needed to provide on site technical support and 24x7 off hours coverage for major outage events. Specifically, the consultant will provide end-to-end data network troubleshooting and configuration management support for: LAN/WAN, firewalls, Cisco hardware, VLAN, Juniper NSM, Load Balancers, etc.

Qualifications:

• LAN/WAN/Firewall experience
• Cisco environment 6500 series chassis experience, including CAT and IO5 familiarity
• VLAN experience, changing accounts on SSL Vans
• Juniper NSM experience, WAN Optimizer experience Juniper
• Load Balancers F5 experience
• Unified Wireless experience (WCS)
• Required Certifications: CCNA, CCNP
• Expert level knowledge of Data Networking is required as well as some experience with video
• Intermediate level communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
• Superior analytical ability required
• The ability to efficiently manage and resolve resource and performance issues
• BA or equivalent work experience required
• Expert level ability to participate and work well in a team environment required
