Job Description

Warranty Engineer will be responsible for warranty return root cause analysis, and driving short and long term countermeasures and reporting to customer with required documents (A3, 8D, 5P etc.). BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 2-5 years experience preferred, but not required. Position requires understanding of electronics hardware and Embedded software. Strong troubleshooting skills needed to investigate product issues and determine root cause. Good verbal and written communication skills required to communicate information to both internal and external customers.
