Job Description

Information Technology Transition Support - Process Integration Assist transition teams with custom, complex, and sometimes global deals by creating operations related processes (similar to ITIL framework), colecting tool related requirements to support the processes, conducting training, and delivering customer presentations

Responsibilities:

Produce customized processes based on the client's maturity level with each of the ITIL process (Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Capacity Management, etc.).

Develop Policies and Procedures Manuals, Desk Level Procedures, and Custom Workflows for the Life Cycle Management (LCM) teams.

Develop Interface Agreements for technical work centers and Managed Third Party (MTP) vendors.

Create Level One Telecom Troubleshooting Scripts and identify Minimum Data Sets for the Service Desk.

Assist the System Development team with requirements gathering for electronic bonds and database activities.

Assist the System Development teams with User Acceptance Testing. Conduct Operational Readiness Testing and training for LCM, MTP, Service Desk, and client IT teams.

Produce the Training Manuals/material, and conduct training for the LCM teams, work centers, and Service Desks.
