Posting Your job to Multiple CareerBoard Markets

The CareerBoard system is designed to attract the local job seeker who is interested in career opportunities that are close to home. Since the majority of a company's hires will come from the local market, employers find CareerBoard a valuable resource in attracting top local talent. Historically we have found that positions posted within their geographic region receive a higher response rate.

We do however recognize the need to source for talent outside of your local area and have further modified the CareerBoard system to better meet your needs. The same job can now be posted in multiple markets providing it meets one of the following criteria.

• New hires living outside of a reasonable commuting distance will receive relocation assistance and benefits.
• Your organization is located within commuting distance for job seekers living in areas covered by multiple CareerBoard markets.
• Your organization has recruiting needs for facilities or positions located in other CareerBoard markets. (i.e. Salesperson covering the entire state of Ohio.)
